Eagles A-Grade Beat Sox
The A-Grade team held on to win a close game 4-3 against the Torrens Valley Redsox.The Eagles hit the ball well all night but were held to 4 runs by some great defensive efforts by the Sox. The Redsox made a late charge with an in the park home run scoring 2 runs. Kristyn Barry did a great job on the mound after suffering from illness throughout the week and Carly Allen's Leadership behind the plate was a positive for the Eagles. Kia Sheidow, Caro Kakoschke, Mel Roberts, Barry, Allen all hit the ball well throughout the game. The Eagles are now set to take on the Sturt Falcons this Wednesday night in what is expected to be a tough game. |
